  I ordered chicken tenders with mac and cheese and fries. My fiancé ordered a two meet combo with brisket and catfish fingers and banana pudding. My chicken tenders were cold and tasted like a piece of plastic had been melted over the top of them along with the fries. We ordered it for 30 minutes out and it tastes like it was just sitting under heat lamps for hours. Then when he got there to pick it up the lady at the counter had an attitude when he let her know he had ordered banana pudding not bread pudding. And tried to correct him by showing him the order which she had clearly keyed wrong. And then to make matters worse the banana pudding was made with instant pudding and no vanilla wafers. All in all a huge disappointment, not worth the $38. Well stick to Dickey's if we decide we want chain BBQ.

  I'm going to start this with a disclaimer that I believe real BBQ does not have sauce. If you're all about the BBQ sauce variety, then this place has got you covered and you can ignore everything else I have to say. If you're still reading, this place is mediocre at best. The meats I've had here hardly taste like they were even in the same zip code as a smoker. The rubs and seasonings are not impressive either. The quality of meat is passable, but you will never be impressed. The sides are hit or miss, with half being pretty good and half being nearly inedible. Burgers are OK. The service is a C+ effort with a C- execution. I like the ambiance, but this place could be much cleaner. To sum up: the food here isn't terrible, but it certainly isn't good. Do yourself a favor and go to Iron Grate or Milwaukee Smoked BBQ instead.
